Garden Make Over

Garden makeover for Lymington URC

After a major church refurbishment and new build hall including hiring facilities in recent years, the Lymington United Reformed Church continues to progress its Open Door Vision with work on the garden area. It has been cleared, lawn laid and the church is in the process of planting various bulbs, shrubs, flowers and trees mostly donated by church members and friends of the church. Councillor Elizabeth Lewis who donated money from a Community Fund to buy sensory plants for the garden is pictured with staff from Otters Nurseries who also gave help on plants purchased. A celebration BBQ is planned to formally open it in the summer. If anyone is interested in being part of the gardening team or donating plants please contact the church on 01590 676306 or visit
